Disputes & Charge backs
Clients agree to contact IVORY Beauty Spa directly regarding any billing concerns prior to filing disputes or charge backs.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails or is reversed, IVORY Beauty Spa reserves the right to charge the card on file or suspend future bookings.
