Membership & Packages Policy

IVORY Beauty Spa

Effective Date: January 2026

This policy applies to all IVORY Beauty Spa memberships, service packages, and prepaid treatments.

Payments

All memberships and packages must be paid in full or through approved payment plans.

No Refunds

All membership fees, packages, and prepaid services are non-refundable.

Usage & Expiration

Services included in memberships and packages must be used within the agreed time period. Unused services do not roll over unless stated otherwise.

Transferability

Memberships and packages are non-transferable and may not be shared.

Missed Appointments

Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in the loss of that session.

Changes

IVORY Beauty Spa reserves the right to modify or cancel any membership or package at any time.
